FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Isabelle has over ten years of experience in marketing and business operations roles. After graduating her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Public Relations, Isabelle found a love for marketing and client relations.
A people person, Isabelle’s devotion to her clients and vision for success allows her to deliver confidence and results with everyone she works with.
Isabelle has worked in marketing across multiple industries including retail and corporate, understanding how vital creative marketing is for both. In her spare time, Isabelle enjoys acting in plays and short films, writing and spending time with friends.

Sophie Young
MARKETING MANAGER
Sophie has over 4 years of experience in social media marketing and copywriting, working across PR agencies and in a fast-paced start-up tech company.
Her interpersonal skills, attention to detail and genuine dedication to our clients’ success, enables her to deliver high quality material that directly aligns with our clients’ goals and visions.
When she’s not working, Sophie loves cooking, attending live music gigs and heading to the coast.

Casey Garnsey
CONTENT CREATOR
Casey is our bright and bubbly content whizz. Casey joined The Media Society in 2024, with over 6 years of experience in photography, film and content creation for music, corporate, travel and creative industries.
She is obsessed with being creative, bringing a diverse skillset that encompasses web design, social media management, video editing and graphic design. Along with working freelance for a myriad of different companies, she has also worked and toured with some of Australia’s biggest artists.
Casey also loves a boogie, board games and painting!
